Syntactic criterium
- On the basis of the relationships that conjunctions establigh, they
can be:
- coordinatives, relating two elements -
sentences or words -
which maintain
their syntactic and semantic autonomy
(``paratassi"), e.g.
Mario e Gianni, piove ma usciro' ugualmente.
The coordination between sentences requires two distinct predicates.
