This value is used to encode foreign words which are used in
our language and are not part in our lexicon strasse, byte.
Note that foreign words which have entered in the Italian common
language and are included in traditional Italian dictionaries, e.g.
computer are not recognized as foreign words, but encoded on the
basis of their syntactic category.
