In Italian, the reflexive pronouns are represented by
`mi', `ti', `si', `sé', `ci', `vi', `si'.
They are inflected for Person and Number, while Gender is not pertinent.
For the third singular and plural persons, in addition to `si', the tonic form `sé' can be used: ``egli si lava''; ``egli lava sé (stesso)''; ``esse aiutano solo sé (stesse)''. Sé can be reinforced by the adjective `stesso': in this case the bigram ``sé stesso'' should be encoded on the basis of multiword expression tagging strategy.
